Items purchased from us may only be returned for replacement should they are found to be defective. At the same time, we need to be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the item, and we can issue an RA number for an exchange. If we are not contacted within 7 days, we will not be able to issue an RA number for an exchange. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced by us. Shipping is not refundable for any reason and we do not pay for return shipping.
If you find it necessary to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number(RA#) before sending the unit back. The RA# must be on the outside of your return box otherwhise the return will not be acceptable. Once the item arrives we will test the item and re-ship your replacement ASAP.
We will only accept returns that come back with all accessories, manuals, paperwork, software and the manufacturer's box - returns missing any of these items cannot be accepted.
